Gluten & soy free vegans
 

Hello all. I am new here and am a new vegan with gluten and soy intolerance/hashimotos. I am just learning how to cook vegan and am looking for resources to help me learn. What I could really use is a basic list of vegan staples, what foods to stock up on, what evety vegan should have in her pantry/fridge. I am not a great cook, lol and time constraints make it hard to spend a lot of time In kutchen. Any ideas or inspiration for this newbie are greatly appreciated!!
