Can soups without MSG?
 
I went to the store and looked at evey brand of can soup and they all had
MSG. Can anyone give me the name of can soup without MSG?

The best way to avoid MSG is soups is to make your own. Many soups can
be made quickly and easily using readily available ingredients.

I took a look in our store cupboard and found all of the soups we have do
not contain MSG, but then again they are all organic. It seems that if
you want to avoid MSG you're best going Organic! :-)

Try these: Suma Organic ' Carrot & Coriander', Seeds Of Change
'Minestrone', Sainsburys Organic 'Leek & Potato' & 'Tuscan Bean Soup',
and the Really Interesting Food Co. 'Moroccan Chick Pea'.

I'm with Mr F here. Robert Dyas has a small blender on offer at the mo for
£10 - ideal for one person. Or make up a batch and freeze to defrost later.
Marigold vegan bouillon is excellent for making soups. You can also (well I
do!) drink it.
