Vegan (alt.food.vegan) This newsgroup exists to share ideas and issues of concern among vegans. We are always happy to share our recipes- perhaps especially with omnivores who are simply curious- or even better, accomodating a vegan guest for a meal!

feel so inclined, leave a recipe.

Nice site, but there are already so many vegan recipe sites. If you
want yours to succeed you should see what the others are doing, do
something different, and/or do something better.

Advertising on usenet isn't as effective as it once was. Usenet is
mostly dead aside from technical groups. You should post your site on
vegan web boards and get vegan bloggers to mention it.

I have to disagree. The more recipe sites the better. Ok, maybe I'm a
little biased since one of my webpages is a collection of hundreds of
veg recipe sites.

I think it's ok to promote a free on-topic resource to a newsgroup.
Usenet isn't completely dead or none of us would be here having this
discussion.
