I used to drink it all the time. Mine tasted like hard cider and was
sparkly, like sparkling grape juice. It didn't smell bad at all. We moved
and it wasn't possible to take the 'pancake' with us.

you could have kep some of the tea and a new mother pancake would have
grown....You can order new starter kit online.....if it were possible..i
would give you a new pancake.....

scot...i make a new batch each month...but it does have a taste like
hard cider....but it does not taste to bad at all.... have a great
day.....
