Stainless mesh basket infuser for large pot
Hi everyone, I have a large Kafuh cast iron teapot that
holds around 6 cups/48 oz. The opening is about 3 5/8 in. wide, and it's around 3 and 3/4 in. deep. My question is this: where can I get a stainless steel mesh infuser basket that will be big enough (but not too big) for my pot? Thanks in advance. .. |

You'll find a basket that will fit but then your lid won't. You're
better off finding some 'sock' or 'pouch' which will lip over the rim but not interfere with the lid. My local tea shoppe carries www.teeli.com. The other websites mentioned here carry something equivalent. Jim KeemunBLK wrote: > Hi everyone, I have a large Kafuh cast iron teapot that > holds around 6 cups/48 oz. But I do know that Upton's will sell you a plastic basket for a Chatsworth pot that ought to fit. Personally I like the plastic ones better because there's less loose tea in the cup. --scott -- "C'est un Nagra. C'est suisse, et tres, tres precis." |
