Default Amaretto Tea

Wednesday night is always "dart game" night for me. I am also getting
addicted with dart now a days. I go to this interesting club every
Wednesday night. Africa used to have many private air field once and
this club was formed by some ex. private pilots in a more then 100
years old Portuguese style building. They were very bored and wanted to
have a western style pub, where they can relax and get some energy for
next flight. Now a days more expats., hunters, African explorers as
well as private licensed pilots(now a days less pilots) get together
drink tea, coffee, beer and play dirt. It is a wonderful gathering of
people from different part of the world.

I met my new friend recently who works for a French company here. She
and me are playing dart as a team for three weeks but didn't know that
we both like tea. During dart break we eat grilled food and talk about
many issues. I asked for a cup of tea after dinner to stimulate my mind
a little more for the next dart round. Usually Five Roses black tea or
fresh Roibos are served there which is not my favorite but still tea.
While I was drinking tea, she asked me how do I drink this junk tea.
She also tried to say- if I ever had good tea, I will never drink tea
bags. I looked at her and offered- What about a cup of Keemun Hao Ya A.
She thought I am joking and say- their is no ya, fia tea whatever I
call it. I made a small tea chamber back of my 4WD SUV so if I ever
need high grade loose tea, I can drink anytime. I also added an extra
110V outlet with converter which keeps my American version Zojirushi
pot(110 V, here they use 220V) active. So whenever I am outside, I can
brew my tea. The reason I don't bring my tea inside the club then
people will finish all my loose tea. I don't mind to share but sharing
with 50+ people who are not my friend, doesn't make sense- Then I
brought 10g Keemun Hao Ya A and brewed two cups. I was surprised when
she said- this is quiet chocolaty flavor, very sweet, malty, vanilla
flavor. This tea will be good as Amaretto tea. I never heard of
Amaretto tea before. I asked her if she can show me, how to make it.

She explain to me- Amaretto is almond flavor Italian liqueur can be
also natural(28% alcohol). Arrow bar has some, they mix with Coffee.
But when it blends with tea, the alcohol portion became 5-10%.
Personally, I don't like to drink alcohol that much but in the club, I
though I have a little choice. It clicked my mind why don't I start
brining my black tea liquor and mix with some alcoholic drinks so I can
avoid raw alcohol and can also have some tea. I brewed some more Keemun
Hao Ya A and she brought some Amaretto almond liqueur. She took
appromextly 6 oz Keemun, mix 2 oz Amaretto and add some cold cr=E8me on
the top. Wow, what a wonderful beverage. I liked it very much. If some
of you are interested, you can try. I think, I have learned to enjoy my
tea in a new way. I am also thinking- their is no end to enjoy tea.
