All caffeine will help you lose weight since it speeds up your metabolism.
If you're looking to cut up take a stack of caffeine, aspirin and ephedra if
you can find it. But that's another forum...

In China, pu'er is said to be the one that helps you lose weight the
quickest. This is assuming that you consume it on a daily basis,
though.

It's said that many of the Chinese teas (greens included) help to
break down greasy meals.
