It seems that over the years they have become less and less fermented. I have been told that what I need to ask for in order to get the old style darker tea is a "fully-withered Darjeeling." I have found a few of them, such as the Rohini Enigma and one of the Puttabong estate teas. What other ones are out there? --scott -- "C'est un Nagra. C'est suisse, et tres, tres precis." |

Try the Rohini Enigma, or ask Upton's for a sample of their Makaibari estate second flush (DJ-141). I think you will be much happier than you are with the modern Darjeelings. --scott -- "C'est un Nagra. C'est suisse, et tres, tres precis." |
