Well, I'll ask this question of you, then.

When I was a kid, Darjeeling teas were much darker than they are today.
It seems that over the years they have become less and less fermented.

I have been told that what I need to ask for in order to get the old style
darker tea is a "fully-withered Darjeeling." I have found a few of them,
such as the Rohini Enigma and one of the Puttabong estate teas.

What other ones are out there?

I've tended to find Darjeelings too weak for my taste. Do the fully withered ones have more character? Toci

Yes! Try the Rohini Enigma, or ask Upton's for a sample of their Makaibari
estate second flush (DJ-141). I think you will be much happier than you are
with the modern Darjeelings.

Green tea helps in burn fat and boosts metabolism,
The recent study reported that
3 – 5 cups of green tea per day can help you burn more than 70 calories per day,
which amounts to 7 pounds per year....
