Here are 2 types of tea that helps you build up good shape in waists.
First, there is a kind of tea made in lotus and lotus leaves. It can break down belly fat and lessen constipation symptoms. The tea will not bring side effects, so you can keep the drinking habit of in the long run. Pay attention to make tea with ample lotus and keep strong flavor, or it is invalid. For those who have constipation, drink 4 times per day with empty stomach. If you get used to lotus tea, you will hate greasy food.
Oolong tea is another choice. It is half fermented, rich in iron, calcium and other trace elements. As it contains something that dissolve fat, it can not only discharge unabsorbed fat from bodies, but also prevent some diseases cause by excessive intake of fat. It is effective in anti-tumor and anti-aging.
