Default Herbal tea gardens

I read this great article about growing your own herbal tea
ingredients and it really inspired me to give it a try this summer and
fall:

I also found these videos about growing a basic herb garden, which are
helpful:

Does anyone else have any tips or online resources for growing a great
herbal tea garden? I definitely want to do peppermint and echinacea,
but I'm open to other suggestions.
