Default Whittard in Boston?

I saw in the Boston Globe that there is supposed to be a Whittard of
Chelsea store on Newbury Street in Boston. This is the first I've heard of
this.

Does anyone know if Whittard themselves owns the place or if they've gone
into international franchising? Are there Whittard stores in other US
cities or is this the first one?

Lastly, if anyone here has been there,do they have the same selection as
the UK stores, and how are the prices?

Thanks for your help.

Larry
