Default Matcha from Hou De

Finally tried my first bowl the other night. 1 tsp of matcha in the chawan,
1/2 cup hot water, whisked dementedly with the chasen. Rich and flavorful,
but I still found a lot of matcha undissolved when I finished. Last night,
I tried 1/2 tsp to 1 cup water. Still very tasty and no residue.
