Lotsa Ikura in These Parts!
A bumper crop of Wild Coho and Chinook Salmon has resulted in a
surfeit of Salmon Caviar @ my house. A shortage of time to properly prepare Rice though has me eating Ikura on Croissants! Not bad for all that though. |
