More fish for sushi?
This may be of interest to some CELL SWAP COULD HELP CONSERVATION from BBC News Online Japanese scientists have developed a new kind of assisted reproduction for animals, in which one species can create another. They implanted tissue from trout embryos into salmon embryos; and when the salmon became adults and mated, they produced trout. The researchers suggest this could be a way to improve the chances of endangered species, they say in Nature. It could also help secure supplies of bluefin tuna for sushi restaurants. --- Rest of story at: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/3537154.stm Das |

Nyotai Mori clearly belongs in the category of silly things a bunch of drunk men can do. As sushi conisseurs we all know that cool to no more than room temperature is is best for sushi. In fact, historically women did not become itamaes because of the belief that womens' hands were hotter than mens, and therefore it would not be good for the neta. So I can only assume that everyone eats quickly with a Nyotai mori. |

I'd really like to see it on a big screen, or DVD - well, the latter shouldn't be that hard to do! http://imdb.com/title/tt0083658/combined |
