I would suspect that the word might have been "Kishyuu".
This is the old name for what is now Wakayama Prefecture (state) which
historically
has been the source of the best umeboshi in Japan for many centuries and
continues
today.

It does sound good....but were you full? Did you have two pieces of
each sushi? Maybe it's just me, but I tend to eat much more sushi in
one sitting.
