However it appears to be different from what we know as Sashimi. And certainly it has a completely different evolutionary path in Japanese cuisine. Regards Musashi |

It came to me later that the fish that I've heard of that are eaten raw in China are FRESHWATER fish, which is totally different from raw fish in Japan. |
