Default bleeding & freezing

Thank you for your help with site , it is passing around the mob of east old & down south .

Do you think the same bleeding will work on Wahoo , are they any good for sushi ?

Is - 4 F / - 20 C the standard for all fish , what length of time to kill worms ect ?

we are just starting to use ice in the dories here to keep the fish fresh !
