Hello All,
I have some red and white wheat and Rye in covered plastic containers. How long can it be stored before it should be milled? Thanks for the help... |

The usual way to suppress vermin in grain is to just freeze it for a few days. I do that, and my grain is fine for months at least. If you do not freeze it, it's very likely you'll find things crawling around in it before long. |
