Default sourdough starter has seperated.

Im on my third day of my sourdough starter and it looks kinda wierd.
It has three levels, the bottom look like flour, the middle looks like
hooch and the top is bubbeling dough. Is this how it should look? It
also smells like cheese is this good? Should I just stir it? thanks

Stir it and feed it. How much flour and how much water are you using to feed
it?
