Default All-U-Can-Eat Chinese Hotpot in L.A.?

Does anyone know of a good all-you-can-eat Chinese hot pot
(shabu-shabu) place in Los Angeles area where you pick your own
meats/veggies/seafood buffet-style and cook them in an electric/propane
wok at your table. The restaurant supplies the soup base; you do the
cooking. I hear there's a good one in or near Cerritos. Thanks.
