Default no toothpicks allowed in foodcourt for samples

Thom Jesse, the manager of Westfield Shoppingtown Southcenter, Tukwila,
WA, has banned foodcourt restaurants from using toothpicks to handout food
samples. He claims that the splinters have the potential of harming
customers.

Instead, he suggests them to use thin spaghetti. Hmm...then use a
toothpicks to remove them between teeth. :-)
