Thumbs up help for making a new restaurant!!!

Hello everyone,
Do you have an idea for a great new place to eat? When you start your own restaurant business, you can have a fun, creative job where you are in charge.
When you start your own restaurant business you will never be bored. There are constantly new challenges to face, but they are usually good ones, like how to juggle a reception dinner while at the same time feeding your regular Saturday night crowd.
It will be nice for those who really wants to make a new restaurant. If anyone add some point which important to restaurant business then please feel free to share it.

99.999% of them go broke within two years. 99% within one year. I would think about a different hobby.
