Hello All:

A friend recently told me he'd gone to a "very weird" restaurant in
Chicago somewhere near Lake Michigan. Among other curiosities at this
restaurant: upon walking through the door, he says, you are pelted
with paper balls!! (Presumably by other cheerful customers?)
Apparently, the floor is covered with these paper balls.

Notwithstanding the "weirdness" of this restaurant, he recommended it
quite heartily. But he cannot remember the name.

Do YOU know the name of this restaurant?

Geez, if you hadn't said Chicago, I'd have thought it was Dick's Last
Resort on the Riverwalk in San Antonio.

Have they gone franchise?
