Mushroom-Garlic Pork Chops
from Campbell's Kitchen Prep/Cook Time: 20 min. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 4 bone-in pork chops, 1/2" thick 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup 1/2 cup milk Directions: HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned. ADD soup and milk. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done. Serves 4. Serve with steamed red potatoes and tomato slices. For dessert serve Pepperidge Farm(R) Chocolate Layer Cake.
