VANILLA STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE

3 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1-1/2 cups softened butter
1-1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups sour cream
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp vanilla mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Preheat over to 325. Butter 10" tube pan.
