Apple-Horseradish Sauce

This is excellent used as a condiment for pork dishes.
4 Granny Smith apples
2-oz. prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon paprika
1-oz. white wine
Grate the apples and moisten them with vinegar. Add the horseradish
and paprika. Thin to the desired consistency with the wine.
Makes 1 pint.
