Grilled Pears with Raspberry Coulis and Hot Fudge Sauce
How can you go wrong with these ingredients? Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of sugar, or more if too tart 2 fresh ripe pears, halved and cored 1 tablespoon canola oil 4 tablespoons hot fudge sauce Preparation: Put raspberries, lemon juice and sugar into a blender and blend only long enough to purée the berries. Strain the seeds out, adjust sugar level and keep chilled. Brush pear halves with oil and grill flat side up for 4 minutes, then turn over and grill for another four minutes. Pour a pool of raspberry coulis onto each of four plates and set peach on top, flat side down. Drizzle hot fudge sauce on top of peach. |
