Makes 2 1/2 cups Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 cup miracle whip 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped 2 tablespoons sliced green onion 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce Preparation: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Cover and chill until serving time. |
