Beef & Broccoli
Serves:4


Ingredients
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 head broccoli, cut into flowerets
1 onion
1-1/2 lbs. beef round steak, thinly sliced
1 pkg. brown gravy mix

Instructions
1. Heat wok or large skillet. Add 2 tablespoons of the oil. Stir-fry
broccoli and onion until crisp-tender. Remove from wok.
2. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil and stir-fry round steak until
browned.
3. Return broccoli and onion to wok and cook 5 minutes.
4. Prepare gravy as directed on package and pour over beef mixture.
Stir 2 to 3 minutes more until heated through. Serve over hot cooked
rice or noodles.
