Polish Madeleines (Magdalenkis)
Ingredients: 8 egg yolks 1 c. sugar 1 and 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 jigger of rum Directions: Beat eggs and sugar until lemon colored. Add flour and melted butter and rum. Fill buttered small cupcake tins about 1/4 full. Sprinkle with sugar and slivered almonds. Bake in 350-degree oven for 15 minutes. Let cool. Submitted by: Ru7597 |
