Justin Wilson Barbecue Sauce
 
Justin Wilson Barbecue Sauce (Original)



Recipe By : Justin Wilson

Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 cup Onions, chopped

1/4 cup Honey

1 Tbsp Garlic, chopped

2 Tbsp Lemon juice

1 cup Sweet pepper, chopped

1 Tbsp Salt

1/2 cup Parsley, dried

3 Tbsp Lea & Perrins

1 cup Dry white wine

1/2 tsp Mint, dried

3 Tbsp Vinegar

1 Tbsp Liquid smoke

2 cup Ketchup

1/2 Tbsp Louisiana hot sauce



Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold them. Bring

boil. Cook, covered, on low heat for several hours. From

Is Justin Wilson still alive, or has he kicked the proverbial bucket?
I mean no disrespect whatsoever! I used to watch him on Saturday
mornings and I loved his show. I was just curious as to how he is/was.

You are correct. Justin Wilson passed away on September 5 2001.
May he rest in peace, and may all the people who have crossed over have
strong stomachs and a liking for spicy foods, as I am sure that where
ever he is, he is cooking up a storm.
