Post Healthy Morning Habit

Healthy Morning Habit
1. Drink one and half litre of water daily in empty stomach without brushing your teeth. Then brush your teeth. Or brushing in night is preferable.
2. After drinking water. Wait for 1hour. Don't take any inputs like coffee or any drinks. Instead take Methi seeds - 2 spoonful with water.
3. After this 1 hour you can have the breakfast.
Make this as a habit daily to drink water and have methi seeds in empty stomach. Methi seeds will also reduce constipation. Constipation will lead to Pimples and also it gives a bad breath in your mouth always. Methi is nothing but fenugreek seeds. It is good source of iron and fibre.

Sounds terrible, i dont want to plant a tree for breakfast!!!
Wake up, urinate, throw water on face, do some push ups and sit up, go down stairs, drink some freshly squeezed juice and some toasted brown bread!
