I have a crinkles recipe. Although it's not really a pure coffee cookie recipe, if you add a tablespoon of instant coffee granules to this recipe, it would kinda taste like chocolate with coffee. Maybe like cappuccino. I think chocolate and coffee flavours go together. So maybe try that one too.

Let’s take a look at the ingredients use to make Chocolate chip cookies: two cups butter,4 cups flour,2 tsp. baking soda,2 cups granulated sugar,2 cups brown sugar,5 cups blended oatmeal (measure oatmeal and blend in blender to a fine powder),24 oz. chocolate chips,1 tsp. salt,1 eight oz. Hershey bar (grated),4 eggs,2 tsp. baking powder,3 cups chopped nuts,2 tsp. vanilla. Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda.

Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for ten minutes at 375 degrees to make it crunchier. You can read more interesting cookie recipes at Sheefafoods website, you can Google it out - this company also sells some awesome natural food products.
