Red face Looking for a recipe for a pineapple drink

that uses the peelings, water and sugar and is fermented and then strained. Anyone?

here is what I normally use, its nice and summery! and I like to add a bit of lime too, but its optional. I copied it from my friend who is a waiter in my local bar (which is somewhere on this site, you can click here to see it) and its really nice and refreshing, although the one I make at home never tastes exactly the same, so Im suspecting there is a secret ingredient that I'm not being told about!

2 (6 oz.) cans unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4-1 c. lime juice
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. gingerale, chilled
1 pt. lime sherbet

shrain the pineapple, put it all together and mix, serve it with an umbrella
