Mojo Chicken Wings
Alitas de Pollo Estilo Cubano
Serves: 4 Perfect for those Monday Night Football Directions: Before cooking, marinate wings in mojo sauce for about 3 to 4 hours. Drain and pat dry, sprinkle with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Broil for 10 minutes on each side. Serve with mojo sauce on side. Ingredients 16 wing drumsticks Cuban Mojo Sauce 1 tablespoon of garlic salt 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
