Default Meal Master?

Anyone out there still using Meal Master to keep and manage recipes? If so I
could use a list of the valid ingredient amount codes.

I'm also interested in any blind accessible recipe programs that can read
the Meal Master format. (meaning programs that can be navigated without the
use of a mouse)
