Chinese cooking is really delicious

There are many styles of cooking in China. And this is mainly distinguished with the geographical conditions, climate ,products cultural traditions and some customs. Some of them are quite famous and loved by local citizens.
Let me introduce the development way and characteristics of different styles. The most familiar for me is the zhe style. You may have no idea on zhe. It stand for zhejiang style. The dishes in China is quite lite. I will take the Egg-yolk pumpkin as an example. You can taste this in almost all the restaurants. This is quite delicious. Egg-yolk is abundant in lecithin. And after you eat them out,it will be very good for your body. You should put egg-yolk and yellow wine in the bowl. You can steam it in the vapor When it is hot ,you must grinded it with the spoon. When it is in tiny atoms, it is ok. Peel the pumpkin and take out the weeds of the pumpkin. Peel it into the slices. Put some oil in the pot and cook the scanllin greens. After it becomes savoury, you can put pumpkin in the pot. Until it is soft in the sides.it means that it’s done. You put the egg-yolk in and some salt and chicken essence.

Same here. One thing I think Chinese cuisines stands out from the rest of the cuisines is the reason that they have a lot of knowing with herbs and really knows how to use them in cooking.

While many Chinese dishes have a lot of preparation, it's mainly slicing everything up. Once that’s done, the actual cooking time is very short and very easy - basically throws everything into a hot wok with some oil, and toss until cooked.

There are tons of Chinese recipes on the internet and all grocery stores will carry commonly used Chinese ingredients like garlic, ginger, green onions, chili sauce, and soy sauce. Even things like pre-made Chinese noodles and wonton wrappers can be easily found at many stores.

I just love Chinese food too. There's one soup in particular that I love, more than any eatable. It's called White Fire Pot, it's cooked in a typical chinese fire pot to give a special smoky effect to it. It contains peanut butter mixed in the soup and I guess the soup contains beef yakhni mainly(err. that's what you get when you cook beef in a pan with a lot of water with a pinch or so of salt- the beefy taste then comes into the water. don't know what you call it in english. )

in the fire pot, you put the yakhni and uncooked chicken , cabbage, a dark green leafy vegetable, prawns, beancurd, squid and when all becomes tender, its ready to eat.

The peanut butter gives it the taste that I love so much.

Other than this soup-in my opinion the vegetables are best eaten the Chinese way. They make the vegetables taste just so delicious :)
