Default Different Lasagne Recipes?

Hi everyone,

I'm really enjoying everyone's recipes here..and the one's I have tried turned out great! I'm having a family gathering next week, and wanted to offer a really good lasagne recipe to my guests. I've made lasagne in the past, but looking for something a little different that isn't too complicated..any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Hey!
Try this:

QUICK 'N EASY LASAGNE

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. (15.5 oz. can) Libby's Sloppy Joe Sauce
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
4 oz. dry wide noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. Ricotta cheese or sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

In skillet, brown ground meat with onion and green pepper. Saute over medium heat, stirring occasionally until meat is cooked; drain well. Add Sloppy Joe, parsley, garlic salt, and basil. In greased 2 quart casserole, layer 1/2 meat sauce, noodles, Ricotta cheese, green onion, and remaining meat sauce. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Top with cheese; continue to bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Makes 8 servings.

Best of luck
