Red Pepper Parsley Hummus Sandwich
a. ½ Pita, whole wheat or plain
b. 1/8 – ¼ C Basic Hummus c. Feta cheese – crumble it into the pita pocket d. Red Bell Pepper – thinly sliced e. Parsley, flat-leaf – fresh, finely minced, to your taste f. Smoked Paprika – sprinkle to your taste. A little goes a long way! Reeligion and Food |
