Default Indian breaskfast recipe:- Dosa

Dosa is a typical Indian breakfast in north and south India although there are wide varieties of breakfast recipes in India, I stress upon Dosa, because it is by far the tastiest breakfast and the fastest one to make and eat. So here goes:

Things you need:-
1. Rice flour batter- click Amazing and Simple south Indian breakfast Dosa and Idli to know how to make the batter
2. Long wide non stick pan
3. Wooden wick
4. Butter or vegetable oil
5. Tomato ketchup
Recipe:
Heat the pan to medium high and place the pan on the stove, after the pan is hot pour few drops of oil or grease it with little butter. Now take quarter cup of the batter and pour it on the center of the pan and with the cup press gently and swirl the batter to make a wide round sheet. After 10 seconds pour few more drops on the side to avoid sticking. Now take the wooden wick and slowly remove the Dosa. Dosa ready. You can have it as such, or sprinkle some onions and tomatoes and cook it for another 2 minutes. Best, when had with chutney. But tastes tangy with tomato ketchup
