Take the 'chewy' brownie mix, the one that only requires a tbsp of
oil and one egg, and add:

1. 1-3 tbsp instant coffee
2. a good scoop of cherry preserves

The coffee takes the edge off of the often too sweet brownie mix,
plus gives them a little kick.
