Default Ham With Mustard Glaze

Ham With Mustard Glaze

1 ham
1/2 cup brown
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons fruit juice
Whole cloves or sliced
pineapple

Place ham fat side up on rack
in shallow pan. Do not cover or
add water. Score ham fat in
diamonds ( cut only 1/4 inch
deep). A strip of heavy paper
12x12 inches, makes an easy
guide for cutting parallel lines).
Insert meat thermometer. Roast
in slow oven (325 degrees) for
3 1/2 to 4 hours for 10 Pounds.
Inner temperature 170 degrees.
