Default Clone White Castel

You will need the following
1) 1 (2#) pkg roll ground beef (like sausage) Frozen
2) 1 large onion (diced)
3) 1 pkg hot dog buns (Cut off round ends, then half to make 2 buns)
4) salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions in skillet. While waiting cut wrapper off end of ground beef and use wood dowel or similar device to poke 5 holes in end of ground beef. (This lets burger cook without turning.)

Slice hamburger into 1/4 inch slices. No thicker. (Punch new holes as needed)

When onions are ready, place paddies on top and cook till done. Scoop under onion to pick up burger and onion at same time. Place on 1/2 toasted bun. Squeeze on a shot of mustard. Put top half of bun on and serve.
