EL POLLO LOCO CHICKEN

1 c White wine vinegar
1 c Olive oil
1/2 c White wine
1 Tbs. Oregano
1 tsp. Thyme
3 Tbs. Salt
10 Garlic cloves; minced
1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Mix all ingredients and marinate two whole chickens which
have been cut in half. Marinate several hours in
refrigerator. Grill chickens slowly until done. (from
