Subject: Baked chicken stuffed with herbs

Can anyone assist me with a recipe where you stuff the cavity of a
chicken with herbs? I had seen it done by Jacque Pepin and on Lidia's
Italian Cooking do it but unfortunately I didn't write down what they
used.
If anyone can aid me on finding a recipe such as this I'd be most
grateful. I started an herb garden and would like to make use of the
herbs. A whole new adventure for this old great grandma.
