2 lbs ground beef 1 onion - chopped 1 can enchilada sauce 2 cans cream of chicken soup 3/4 cup water 1 can chili peppers 3/4 lb Velveeta cheese - cubed corn tortillas Place all ingredients in your slow cooker.
