Cosmopolitan Martini

8 parts 80 proof vodka
2 parts cranberry juice
2 parts triple sec
1 part freshly squeezed lime juice

Mix and store in freezer until needed.
If you want a nearly crystal-clear drink, decant the lime juice a few
times
to remove pulpy sediment.

Cosmopolitan

Ice cubes
1 1/2 fluid ounces lemon vodka
1 fluid ounce Cointreau
1 fluid ounce cranberry juice
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
Long thin piece orange zest

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, Cointreau, cranberry and lime
juices. Cover and shake well to combine and chill. Strain into a chilled
martini
glass. Twist orange zest over the drink and serve.



Cosmopolitan

2 ounces vodka
1 ounce cranberry juice
1 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Optional: dash of orange bitters

Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Note: Moisten the rim of cocktail or martini glass with lime, then coat
with
sugar. Some add finely grated zest of orange to the sugar used to coat
glass.

4 parts Citron Vodka
2 parts Cointreau or Triple Sec
1 part Lime juice (preferably fresh)
2 parts Cranberry juice

Cosmopolitan Cocktail

1 shot (1 1/2 oz) lemon vodka
2 shots (3 oz) Cointreau
1( 1 1/2 oz) cranberry juice
2 inches orange peel
2 shots (3 oz) lime juice
1(1 1/2 oz) orange bitters
1( 1 1/2) lime cordial

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour vodka, Cointreau, lime juice,
cranberry
juice, lime cordial and a dash of orange bitters. Shake. Strain into a
cocktail glass.
With the sliver of orange rind, twist at either end to release oil from
the
orange and light the oil as it sprays out into the glass.

Fill a cocktail shaker 3/4 full of ice. Add all ingredients, cover, and
