Green Bean and Smoked Cheese Combo

Yield: 6 to 8 servings

2 cans (16 oz. each) cut green beans
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup milk
Dash of salt
1/2 cup smoked cheese spread
1/4 cup diced salami or summer sausage

Heat beans in their own liquid. In separate pan, make white sauce from the
butter, flour, milk and salt. Stirring constantly, add cheese and heat
until smooth; add diced meat. Drain beans; place in serving dish. Top with
sauce.
