Subject: Italian Mushroom- based appetizer

A few years ago I visited Montecatini Alto, Italy, and had a marvelous
mushroom-based appetizer that I would love to get the recipe for. What
I can remember: the mushrooms were huge and meaty (Portobello?) and
there was tomato in it, too, among other yummy things. It was served
heated and you scooped it up with hunks of fresh bread. It was *out of
this world* delicous.

Who can help me with an Egg nog recipe that most closely ressembles
Borden's Egg nog in taste? Egg nog is VERY hard to get here in
Norway... :-/
