Creamy Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding
Serves 4-6 1/2 cup uncooked rice 750 ml milk 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup raisins 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest 1/2 tsp cinnamon some fresh grated nutmeg Combine all ingredients in 2 litre oven proof casserole. Cook in a preheated 180:C/350:F oven, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the milk has been absorbed, about 2= hours. Serve warm.
